How to Book a Lesson Tip Tommy via Zelle

Private Lessons · Request Your Instructor

To book your private snowboard lesson and request Tommy Cho as your instructor at Snow Valley, follow these steps.

Select a date — Go to the booking website and pick the day you want to ride.
Pick your lesson — Choose either the 3-hour or 6-hour private snowboard lesson.
Add to cart — Click the red "Add to Cart" button for your preferred time (9 AM or 1 PM).
Complete payment — Finish checkout to secure your spot.

The booking site doesn’t let you choose an instructor by name, so do this after you book:

Call the resort — Right after booking, call Big Bear Mountain Resort at 844-GO2-BEAR.
Ask for Tommy — Tell the agent you have a confirmed booking at Snow Valley and request Tommy Cho as your instructor.
Check-in early — On lesson day, go to the Adventure Academy at the base of the mountain. Look for the Purple Flag and confirm with staff that Tommy Cho is assigned to you.

Arrive early — If you need to rent a board or boots, try to arrive at least 2 hours before your lesson.
Tickets and gear — Private lessons do not include your lift ticket or equipment rentals; you must buy those separately.
