I'm Tommy — an IT and mortgage technology leader with over 15 years of experience building and managing digital ecosystems for lenders. My expertise spans LOS/POS/CRM integration, automation, and AI-driven workflow design across both retail and wholesale lending operations.
In recent years, my focus has been on transforming mortgage technology through AI-based automation that connects every step of the loan lifecycle — from broker submissions and underwriting to closing, funding, and secondary marketing.
