Snowboarding with Tommy was an absolute joy! He made sure we had all the basics before taking us on the lift and down the hill. Even well after the lesson, he checked up on my cousin and I to make sure we were good before clocking out and supporting us and giving advice as we went down the hill on our own when he was off the clock. He truly cares about the people he works with and I feel a lot more confident in my snowboarding skills than I was when I started - enough to believe I can manage going with my friends later this season.
